EXTREMELY unfriendly. I went to this clinic because of the reviews and also because they advertise after hours appointments. I arrived for my dogs 5:30 appointment at 5:25. I left work 30 minutes early as I am about an hour away and I had to allow time to stop and pick up my boy. From the second I walked in the door, I felt as if I were an intruder. I waited with my dog for 20 minutes before anyone saw us. When we went into the examining room, the vets helper (no way could she be considered a tech) had the same attitude as the receptionist, as if we were intruding on their time. She didn't even greet my dog or call him by his name, just gave me dirty looks as she asked some general questions that I didn't have off of the top of my head. She then leaves us in the room for another 10 minutes and I finally said enough! We hadn't even seen the dr yet and had just spent 30 minutes waiting all the while my poor dog was trembling with fright because he is blind and has no idea where he is or who this unfriendly stranger is sticking a thermometer up his bum. I went out asked for the forms I had just filled out and left. No apologies nor concern from either of the 3 employees, not even the vet as he walked into the exam room NEXT to the one we were waiting in!! We would still been waiting in that dang room obviously.
Very caring staff, but pretty high dollar office visit for kitten, and very long wait.
I've had similar experiences to others. Cedar Ridge is a fantastic vet clinic. The staff is polite and respond well to emergency calls. I received great care for my dog and innstruction how to treat my puppy who had parvo, and who is now a 6 year-old and mom to beautiful puppies. I now go there regularly with a dog who has allergies and have never found fault with their service.
