Place smelt like mold, got charged more then quoted over the phone and they make you leave a 100.00 cash deposit for security. Never had a hotel do that so we forgot to ask for it back when we checked out. Called back after we remembered and they told us it was past 3pm the money was the hotels and we couldn't get a refund. We go up there at least twice a year with big family groups. Our family had 7 rooms this trip. We will never stay there again m, EVER
Everything was great. A very affordable place to stay the night. The staff was very nice.
The staff was extremely friendly, when booking, checking in, having breakfast, and checking out. We were happy with our stay. Rooms were basic and clean. The pool was fun. Breakfast was simple with oatmeal, toast, cereal, fruit, muffins, donuts, coffee, tea, and OJ. No complaints!
The room was clean, nothing luxurious but comfortable. The bed was better than most budget hotels. overall a good experience.
Noisy halls. Children allowed to run in them. Room ordered with refrigerator but wasn't there. Carpet is falling apart. Only half of the front door worked. But staff was courteous. However carpet tack board was exposed at door of room and when reported no one came and fixed it. Building is old and remodeling is required.
